Email Marketing Coordinator

Acquire.bet is looking for an Email Coordinator to assist in the development and implementation of email marketing campaigns for our owned and operated website portfolio.

Your main responsibilities will include planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, copy-writing and communicating with leadership team. The ideal candidate should have strong written and verbal communications skills and knowledge of email marketing best practices and tactics. Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Leading the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduled and ad-hoc campaigns
• Conducting quality assurance analysis of all email campaigns
• Coordinating and organizing digital assets for email campaigns
• Collecting and evaluating email reporting metrics
• Keeping an email calendar and sending out weekly updates to the leadership team
• Ensuring that daily email activities are completed and deployed on time
• Managing a database of subscribers and growing the mailing list by making enticing content upgrades
• Keeping up with the latest email best practices and marketing trends
• Assisting in content creation for email distribution
• Troubleshoot and fix any problems that may happen during the generation, deployment, and delivery of emails

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is ideal
• 1+ years of experience in Email Marketing
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs, CSS, and HTML
• Experience with Customer.io or other CMS platforms is ideal
• Strong writing and proof-reading skills
• Excellent organization and analytical skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
• Project management experience
• Interest in Sportsbetting considered a significant asset
• Knowledge of Adobe photoshop or similar tools is considered a plus
